Our objective is to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to enhance their looks and live with confidence. Since opening our first store in Damansara Uptown, we have rapidly expanded, opening multiple branches in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, including Damansara Uptown, Publika, Bukit Jalil, Subang USJ Taipan, Sunway Velocity, Sri Petaling, One Utama, and more, with plans to expand further across Malaysia.
CCY, which was founded in 2020, not only withstood the pandemic’s hurdles, but also broke even in a matter of months. This accomplishment has increased our confidence in providing great service to our clients and moved us closer to our goal of becoming Southeast Asia’s leader in beauty technology firm.
To date, we have served over 20,000 clients and established a strong Face Bar community. To enhance the customer experience, we developed the Face Bar mobile app in 2023, which allows users to easily browse our online beauty store, book appointments, check membership points, receive special rewards and enjoy various privileges.
We earned the Malaysian Beauty Elite Award in August 2022, which motivated us to continue providing the finest quality products and services to our clients. We will continue maintaining our fundamental principles, serve every client with sincerity, and embrace brand alliances and franchise opportunities to contribute to our growth.
